Martinez Immigration Law practices immigration law exclusively. Specifically, we support immigrants’ legal needs through family-based petitions, applications for naturalization, removal defense, humanitarian visas, and asylum. We believe immigrants deserve high quality, honest legal representation.
It is a calling to represent and defend immigrants at this time in U.S. history.
-Andrea C. Martinez, Esq.
Victories at Martinez Immigration Law
In spite of a difficult immigration climate, Martinez Immigration Law’s attorneys Andrea Martinez and Megan Galicia have had many case successes worth celebrating. We have won asylum cases for affirmative and defensive applicants and complex waiver cases before both the immigration courts and USCIS. Martinez Immigration Law’s clients have successfully obtained lawful permanent residence (“green cards”) by adjusting their status in the U.S. or abroad through the immigrant visa application process. Immigrant victims of crime, domestic violence, and human trafficking in the U.S. have successfully obtained U-status, T-status, and VAWA protection with our firm’s assistance.
Martinez Immigration Law defends immigrants from deportation. Attorneys Martinez and Galicia have helped their clients win relief from removal and protection from deportation in the forms of asylum, cancellation of removal, and complex waivers.
It brings us great joy to guide our clients through the naturalization process to become U.S. citizens.
-Megan B. Galicia, Esq.
Martinez Immigration Law Spotlighted in Emmy-Nominated Docuseries
In 2019, our firm was featured representing Luis, Kenia, and Noah in the docuseries “Living Undocumented.” This series was executive produced by Selena Gomez and our clients were included in 4 of the 6 episodes. Martinez Immigration Law received a global outpouring of support after the release of the docuseries. Living Undocumented captures the shocking moment when our attorneys were assaulted by ICE agents in June 2018.
